OP far too long to read but I came back from SFO today and wasn’t a great experience. On A380 and as usual not a suitable gate on landing so sat at the end of the airfield for half an hour until one became available. Had that every time I’ve landed on an a380 in the last 12 months.

Baggage handling this afternoon was awful. Spent over 2 hours waiting at the carousel. Took 3 hours from landing to leaving the terminal. Not great.
