Rows 1 and 9 of the new Air France Boeing 777-300 business cabin with enclosed suites are supposed to provide considerably more legroom and to be available at no extra cost. However, it doesn't seem to be possible to select a seat in these rows when booking a flight on line.

I am booked on AF0022 from CDG to JFK on October 11 which should feature the new Boeing 777 but when I made my reservations and selected a seat, rows 1 and 9 were shown as blocked off. I had the same situation trying to make a reservation for Delta Airlines DL8747 which is the same flight. Does anybody know a way by which you can select one of these seats?
