T3 not going well today, currently waiting for the 1805 BA884 to OTP, no one to unload The bags from previous flight let alone getting our bags on. A/C has now been on the ground for 2+ hrs
noticed G-MIDT from Naples was stuck on the ground for some time from the cx lounge, easily an hour for the guidance system to be turned on before the a/c could even park.
