I am trying to add my Virgin Atlantic Flying Club number to a KLM booking. Unfortunately their website gives the error that the number does not exist. I asked them to do it manually via Whatsapp but they insist it is only possible to add a Virgin FF number if there are one or more Virgin flights in the booking. To me this sounds very weird (Virgin being a Skyteam member and all) but they keep insisting. Is this true?
