I just checked. My first platinum qualification for the 10 year "run" was in December 2014 - so the requalification in 2023 is the 10th platinum qualification - so I made it - yay
But it's interesting that you'll have to wait until January until they grant the status. It would be cooler to be awarded the status as soon as you reached the qualification threshold.
