Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked entry level room on points, upgraded to Premium King.

How are the rooms? Fab, felt more Crowne Plaza than Holiday Inn. Bathrobes/slippers, minibar fridge with water and chocolate, Nespresso machine with assorted capsules, safe etc. Triple glazed windows made the room very quiet for a location on the A13 out of the city. Five plug sockets plus two USB points inc next to the bed. Bathroom amenities were large bottles of Urban Skincare Co attached to the wall. Shower was over the bath but had rainfall and regular sources.

What was good and what was bad? Good Diamond welcome at check in, we received a gold coloured keycard holder on which was printed guest of the day. This gave 20% off F&B. Diamond breakfast offered automatically. Small gym in the basement with towels and water fountain which nobody else was using whilst we were there. The room was modern and seemed to be recently refurbished.
Bad only filter coffee was included with breakfast. There was a charge for espresso based drinks as they came from Starbucks in the lobby.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? We used 21,600 points. Cash rate was around £230. We’d be happy to return.
