Ha! that's the same menu as the YYZ–LHR one. I guess they have one uniform menu for all the long-haul AC flights from Canada to Europe.
Also looking for recommendation as well. Just by looking at the menu alone though, tempted to go for chicken or seabass. Seabass because I am a seafood person; chicken cuz of that signature dish thingy (probably doesn't mean much, but oh well), and that spicy noodles thingy, as someone who likes spicy stuff – tohugh I don't expect it to be firey spicy or anything.
After making a mistake of picking veal during the YYZ–LAX route (it was not inedible and didn't feel like leather, but it was...a bit smelly and whatnot), I am feeling a bit wary of picking a meat dish...
