I often get to CHC about an hour (or slightly over) for TT flights but I would be carry on only and already checked in, but in case I have luggage would be good to know

Yes, it's a hard close. Sometimes if a person only has carry-on then they may give an extra 5 min or so but for 99.9% of cases it's 60 min. The reason why they don't advertise it is because if they did, everyone would turn up at the last minute and they wouldn't be able to get the aircraft away on time.
