Thanks, I determined that I would not be able to use the lounge on my upcoming trip, but when I called JAL the person on the phone told me she did not even have to look at the details of my situation as use of the lounge was simply not allowed to people flying first class on partner award tickets.
Was seeking clarification from the community regarding future award ticket bookings.
