Thinking outside the box isn’t SAS’s strongpoint. And between that, Scandinavians’ preferred US city destination being NYC, and the connection possibilities EWR provides to SAS passengers, it would be surprising if GOT and AAL were to get long-haul SK service to anywhere beside EWR.
