I made it past "Bo" (non Air Asia flight -> How do I get urgent help? -> Talk to Allstar) - It was an Air Asia flight - but that is the only way I found to get rid of Bo. After maybe an hour it was my turn. Was told my issue was Air Aisa and I would be transferred to Air Asia team - less than 5 minutes wait. Now I spent the next 10 minutes in a somewhat bizarre conversation convincing the agent that I had an Air Asia flight. Gave locator - person then gave me the correct route - and then claimed they can't find reservation. Asked me to upload a copy if itinerary - she then said that wasn't an Air Asia flight. I said QZ....sounds like Air Asia and I see it on your web site..."Oh - found ticket" - she then changed it for free - even though it was the cheapest class. Happy with outcome - but not exactly easy to get there
