About three years ago, I was in the last FC row and a disabled man, had to be wheeled to his seat in 6c and lifted from wheelchair to seat. A few minutes, pass and a woman claims the 6c seat. FA explains she was moved to 6A due to need for 6c seat. She refused 6A because in case of emergency, how was she supposed to exit row? Don’t know where she was reseated, she was not in that seat.
So if a disabled person (unable to walk or move unassisted from seat) and is traveling alone, the FA’s are required to assist in case of emergency.
