JAL flight out of SFO (International A) in late October departing 1:40pm. Need to book a positioning flight from the east coast and found a WN arrival (Terminal 1) at 11:40am. Have GE/TSA-Pre, but will have checked bags. Normally I'd be more than comfortable with a 3 hour D-I. In trying to research average weather delays I came across a FAA advisory today saying, "Due to wind, there is a Traffic Management Program in effect for traffic arriving San Francisco International Airport, San Francisco, CA (SFO). This is causing some arriving flights to be delayed an average of 1 hour and 42 minutes, not exceeding 2 hours and 54 minutes." Did I pick an extremely rare weather day to check or is this something to keep in mind?
