How to get around "1 seat(s) left at this price" when booking for two

I'm trying to use my companion pass on a YUL-> YYZ flight a month out and it's telling me that there's only 1 seat left at each price level. Since this is still a month out i think it's highly unlikely that westjet already sold out all their economy class.

What shall I do to get around this? Shall I simply buy a ticket and see if they have more inventory at the next price level or shall I try to book with their call center? (Not optimistic on the wait time lol)
