Agreed. Stayed 1 night in January this year. Room manintenance is rather poor (clogged shower drain) FD service was not polished. At check in approved a 2PM checkout, but key card stopped working shortly after noon. Bfast was just allright. There is a new Nobu restaurant, independent from the hotel.
