Honestly their new GM has turned around the service completely.... I stayed there in January and the stay has been one of the finest FS stays I can think of. Service was exceptional in every aspect -- kind and caring, very thoughtful. In every department. Breakfast in Curate can be a bit much, but then there's a wonderful Club Lounge.

There's nothing I can fault and I'm quite particular as some know here. I know KL isn't always easy, so this is rather impressive.

They are still working on the product but no doubt they'll get there. Just such a pleasure to stay.
