1. Called up for retention offer on Prestige. Agent said there is no offer on the card. Asked to be transferred to retention, she said it didn't prompt for a retention offer so had no way to do it.
2. Asked about the AA Gold card and she then had a prompt to transfer. Offers were:
a. Get $50 back if I spend $1,000 each month for 3 months.
b. Get 3,000 AA Miles if I spend $500.00 within 3 months. (took that offer)
3. Asked about AA Platinum card and was told the only option is to downgrade the card.
Will HUCA work? I don't know, but will probably try if I remember.
