LHR Star Alliance - Best lounge

Will be transiting at LHR soon and I have not been there after the pandemic. Will be flying Singapore Airlines but I'm Star Alliance Gold.
Should I aim for LH or SQ? Or both?

I have a 2.45 transit and will be arriving and departure at T2
