For a flight made in November and recently flown, the Chase online reservation and email confirmation contained a line like this:
Agency Reference Number: XXXXXX
I found that I could plug this number into the ViewTrip/TravelPort site:
and get back the full reservation info including airline PNRs and ticket numbers. I used those references to go to the airline site to make seat selections, etc. -- and confirmed they sync'd back to the agency view.
