So this impacts Chinese carriers less since there is lesser barrier with visas.
I must admit I am not an expert on the subject of visas, but I was in Beijing the last two weeks and was told it is very difficult to get student visas and B1/B2 visas for the Chinese citizens to come to the US.

Perhaps others have better information to share.
