Any experiences with the spa at the FS KL? Booked thru FHR and they're unwilling to convert the spa credits to F&B.
I've been messaging with the FS, and not sure what to expect in terms of service and attention to detail: I explicitly wrote that I'm "Ms" when they asked for guest information, but they keep replying to me as "Mr" (My first name is the feminine form of a more common masculine name).
