I had my gold card extended to April 24 under the reduced threshold a while ago. My actual tier point collection year end date was yesterday and for some reason it hasn’t reset itself to zero. Just wondered if this has happened to anyone else and whether we have to call in to get it reset. Main reason I’m asking is I’ve got a couple of trips for this month that I obviously want to start counting towards my new year. Thanks for any advice
