Spouse applied for Global Entry as a Citizen of India when she had a B1/B2. It's been pending for over 16 months waiting for Indian govt. As of few days ago, my wife is a U.S. lawful permanent resident so she can apply without needing to involve the Indian government. But, she can't submit a new application. Is there a way to cancel the previous application then do a new one?
