Hi all, looked through this thread and I had the same trouble last night trying to add an infant with AA to QR to AA ping pong CSR game.
I was going to call again today to see if HUCA'ing US time would help resolve but I saw this morning on the QR booking record, the infant shows up under my ticket and also, shows up on the AA segment in the US before catching the QR flight.
The only issue is that on the QR booking page, there is not a specific ticket number for the infant but it seems like it is attached to my ticket that starts with 001. However, there is a record in the booking where I need to fill in his travel info such as passport etc. just like I would for myself and the wife. Feeling cautiously optimistic.
Am i good to go and not worry about it? Just worried that there would be issue on the day of travel without the ticket number there. I do have a long enough layover to resolve any issue that may pop up at the airport where QR flights start. Thoughts?
