Rusearch , that worked like a charm. The flight LH54 was not canceled on 18-Mar-2023 according to FlightAware data. Very interesting strategy from Lufthansa to deny a claim based on apparently non-existent flight cancellation.
LH standard operating procedure is to deny EU261, just look at threads here, plus their contracted out ‘customer service’ competence level is poor
