Okay, I bit the bullet and called (thank goodness that modern smartphones have speakers):

* Got through to a Chase agent, spent about 10 minutes giving her information, letting her check on things, at which point she transferred me to another department.

* Got another nice person on the phone, although had to start over.

* They asked me for the confirmation number (I always wonder why they have to ask me), and found that it didn't work for Turkish Air, and that they needed the e-Ticket number (imagine my shock). The good news is that they had the e-Ticket number and it worked for me!

* The "PS" is glad I checked. Our seat assignments did indeed go through, but none of our passport or frequent flyer information did. Turkish doesn't seem to have a place for a Trusted Traveler number, so I'm guessing they aren't part of the program. But glad we got the other numbers in.

Overall, it doesn't make me want to use Chase (except of course in this case, where I have a bunch of 1.5x points!). Since Chase knew the e-Ticket numbers, I can't see why they don't put them online. Separately, it's also annoying that none of our flyer/passport info was forwarded.

In any case a first-world problem. So who am I to complain? -- Dave
