I did find it annoying that C1 doesn't have a filter to just fully refundable fares. But, it was in the ticket description.
Update, just called and the agent confirmed that it is some sort of IT bug. She was able to manually process the full refund to the credit card. Here is what the email says "Y
ou’re getting a refund of $364.90 to your original payment method.* You should receive your refund within the next 1-2 billing cycles, but in some cases it may take longer." I still can't believe there is no filter for Fully Refundable fares when purchasing. The backlog must be huge.
