Activation Time / Funds Availability on VGCs
First time buying Sutton VGC's at Giant. How long does it take for the the card to be fully activated & funds available? I know there's a lag with Safeway / Albertsons VGC's. Usually wait until next day.
UPDATE: Balance is now avail this morning.
