When you said account manager, that threw me off as I'm expecting a person. I do have an account or else I would not be able to see my usage or pay my bill. I only have Magenta and I don't think there is a Netflix option as I have never seen it.
Magenta also get free Netflix. It should be under your line's Management Add On and you have to activate it. Once you have it, you could upgrade from Basic to Premium in the same setting. I think I paid $9 per month to get 4K and 4 devices.
