Yes, even American, as of the very month the regulation took effect (back in 2012!). Even international airlines, too.

Does anyone know any airline that uses the crazy huge table Alaska now stuffs into every eticket confirmation email? I counted that table at 396 words plus 10 footnotes totaling 220 additional words. (See paragraph 9 of my answer.) Remarkable.

UAPremierExec if you think Alaska is out of line, or if other airlines make it easier for you to understand the rules that apply to your travel, you could file a brief comment with DOT to this effect.
