Hi all — I’m sure I won’t be the only one in this situation. Was booked in F ORD-HND for a spring flight, looks like that route was downgraded to a 787. I’ve gotten a “cancelled and we can’t rebook you” email from AS. Of course there is no longer any award availability.

Any insight as to whether I should expect to be automatically reticketed in J in due course? Or will I likely need to contact AS and ask them to get their JAL liaison to force open a seat in J?
