Update: Contacted Hilton on Twitter, and was told that they’d take a second look. Just received what looks like a cut and paste response by email. It is identical to the response I received when I first requested credit via the missing stay request form. Refuses to provide credit and rattles off a list of rate types/booking channels that make a stay ineligible for HHonors earning. None of them are applicable in my situation.
