I used to live in the approach path to FRA and was woken up every morning at 5:04 by LH577, so a curfew between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. is actually appreciated, gives you max 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Airlines can plan accordingly and occasionally there is collateral damage like your flight, but you will survive.

BTW, you have no idea about housing costs around FRA.
