Is it possible to stream to the IFE screen on BA planes?

Basically there's a couple of films I plan to use the time to watch that aren't available on BA's own catalogue, and their site mentions that you can stream from your own device to the IFE screen but doesn't give any further details. I'm assuming that if it's possible at all there would be some file format requirements/limitations? I read some info on this forum about using an RCA cable, but I think that refers to an old IFE system that BA has phased out now. I believe BA currently use the Panasonic ex3 system on their 777s now (which my flight is).

It's not really a big deal, just if I could do it it would be a bit more comfortable than having to prop the phone up on the tray table. I guess I'll find out soon enough either way.

Thanks for any info
