LH778 delayed 15 hours twice in 4 days?
Hi, I have recently been tracking LH778 from Frankfurt to Singapore as my family will be taking this flight next month. It appears that the flight was delayed 15 hours on the 4th of March and last nights flight also appears to be delayed until later this afternoon . Any idea why such a long delay and what compensation would be provided in this scenario? I assume that LH will be responsible for arranging hotels and rearranging onward travel from Singapore (we are travelling J to Bali)?
I know past performance has no baring on when we travel. Just interested why such a long delay and what happens in such a scenario regarding compensation / hotels etc.
