I’m planning a rental at GVA (Swiss side), and I am being offered a lot of electric vehicle classes. I can’t seem to find any definitive information from National on how electric vehicle rentals work in Europe, only in North America. I am particularly concerned because I will need to make a ~200 km drive right after pickup and before dropoff. Can anybody answer the following (a link would be great):

Will the car be delivered to me fully charged?

Is there a requirement to bring the car back charged? To any particular level? What’s the cost if I do not bring it back charged?

Is the car supplied with an access card for any of the European charging networks? Who pays for the electricity?

I’m going into the mountains, 4WD would be an advantage. Do National in Europe tend to buy the 4 motor version of their EVs?
