You can only receive 1 batch of nights for a personal card and 1 batch of nights for a business card. In your case both are personal. If you opened the Amex Business card you would have 40 in total.
This also goes across most countries. If you have the US card and UK or Canada, you do not get more for those countries. I believe South Korea is the exception to this rule (there is one country could be wrong on which)
