I just happened to stumble on to this thread and luckily I did as I was just about to get my 9 year old's OCI reissued. Which website do I upload the latest picture?

I wish India would just make OCI as a valid document for travel INTO India. No passport required. Even better set up an Indian National program for ex-Indians like this (hopefully this will get around the Constitutional prohibition of dual citizenship):
