Question IAD 321 Neo LR Seating Questions - Comfort seats

I've got seats on a flight next month from IAD Washington Dulles to Lisbon in "Comfort" Economy Xtra seats. I believe this is supposed to be on an LR plane. We have 2 seats together in row 6, the first row of "comfort" seats. I've looked at aerolopa and it looks like there are bathrooms in front of us. So now I'm wondering if I made a good choice. But the choices now are few. Specifically, is there any more legroom in that row than in other rows in the Comfort Economy section? My spouse wants an aisle seat and there aren't too many of those unless we want to split up. Choices are 1) Stay in 6 B & C (middle & aisle) 2) switch to A and C with (probably) a stranger in the middle. 3) take row 11 seats together (aisle, middle) or 12) see if we're ok for the exit row seats (almost all open now). Since row 11 is right in front of the exit row, can I assume those seats have limited recline? And for row 12, do those require people who are fairly physically fit, I assume? And do they require someone who speaks English? I believe the TAP representative I spoke to said that was required on some flights. Has anyone ever heard that?

Also, if anyone has flown IAD to LIS recently, is TAP pretty much always using the LR 321 neo? Is there any way to find out what they have been flying in the past? I don't remember seeing that info on Flightaware. And while the TAP seating diagram I looked at implied we'd be on an LR, I don't 100% trust airline seating charts.

I also have a few questions about the short haul flights we're taking, but I'll post them separately.

Thanks.
