I know the OW rules say that Emerald/Sapphire elites on OW flights should be able to get into the BA lounge in Terminal E, but does anyone have experience trying to get in with an AA/AS domestic flight? The only info I could find from LoungeIndex says it is difficult/impossible if you are not flying internationally.
