Can You Receive 15 ENC’s On Chase Ritz Visa In Addition To 25 ENC With Bonvoy AMEX?

I read that you can get a total of 40 between the two cards. I was turned down my Bonvoy stating I already received 25 this year with AMEX.

Is this true? If not true, can someone provide an official link stating otherwise?
