Air France used to run an all-Y small Airbus to Baku, and an airline called Privat Air did oil services for legacy carriers - usually with IAH at one end of the route. I think they even did Stavanger NYC(?). I talked to them at one point as they wanted to do ABZ-US, but then their business model collapsed.
There was all-business SVG-IAH for SAS, operated by Privatair IIRC. SVG-IAH didn’t last many years and got culled around 2015 or 2016 IIRC.
I used to do SVG-ABZ and back as it was one of the more efficient ways for me to get between Denmark/Sweden and Aberdeen. [SVG passport control always gave me a perplexed look like “what the heck/why?” since they would not come across many or any other persons with my kind of circumstances.
