No they don’t. UA will continue to sell PE seats even though they’ve already filled the cabin. O/A/R buyers without seats will be bumped up and premier upgrades run. my guess is they have zero chance of upgrade to Polaris. PE is even questionable if they have no status. The only positive thing is it appears no GS are on waitlist.
Does this mean that O/A/R buyers in Premium Plus without seats have an even better chance of getting upgraded than buyers in those fare classes WITH selected seats? Or does the regular upgrade priority order still apply?
