Just a follow up on this. I finally received an email today to say they were refunding 79.4 GBP to my account (2 weeks to do this). However, issue is that was not the full cost of the fare - that was 157.22 GBP.

When I purchased the ticket on 26th June 2022, I used a "covid 19" voucher for the rest of the fare (value 77.82 GBP). Now I know we are not talking about lots of cash here, more the principle for me. So I called up the platinum line and explained the situation to the gentleman there. He understood, looked the file up and his reply was it was probably because the covid 19 voucher was non refundable you will not get anything back for this. Keep in mind, it was KLM who cancelled the flights, offered me a voucher for the amount only to say they cant do that when I called up asking for this. Also note, the flights were booked before the "cut off date" of June 28th 2022.

Anybody else been in a similar situation and had a satisfactory outcome?
