If I am downgraded to Platinum AMB would be a pity, as I was very close to the Diamond qualification threshold in 2022, but I did not make the efforts as my account shows that Diamond was extended to the end of 2023 (when I renewed AMB).
I have to agree, in my case I switched over some booking decisions and I also stopped using my IHG Creation Card and switched to my BA Amex card for the remaining four months
