Well they just formally cancelled all EIN flights this Spring. Received three cancellation emails for two paid A class fares and one I-class award. No automatic rebooking as "there are no alternative flights" according to the email. Options given: Refund, Voucher + 10%, or contact them. Interestingly the contact option specifies specifically to contact them through the website and does not mention their CS at all.
Now that so much time has passed I've made other arrangements for this timeframe already. I'll probably wait until closer to departure and ask them to rebook me onto the EIN service in summer. Hopefully they will allow as there is no way to fly to EIN in the weeks around the original ticket date (Even not by using other carriers).
