Chase isn’t an airline; your ticket is issued by an airline. Chase is your travel agent. Call them and ask them for the eticket number and the record locator(s). Make sure you ask what airline system the record locator is for.
(I have never booked a ticket through Chase, but every other OTA ticket I have booked has had the airline record locator and usually also the ticket number).
