Thanks! Problem apparently is that it is booked through Chase, not United or Turkish. So United isn't involved (I tried to book the trip with them, but they don't seem to want to book Turkish Air trips), and Turkish says they can't find the reservation because it wasn't made through their online site.

In short, similar to the person who replied previously, I don't have ticket numbers and can't figure out how to get them. The idea of DMing Turkish is interesting, as presumably _someone_ has issued us eTickets, and they have some number on them
