If it was a United award ticket, it should have started with 016. If it had been a Turkish-issued ticket, it would have started with 235. United’s website and the email confirmations should have shown the ticket number and two or more record locators, one for United’s computers and one for Turkish’s computers. You’d either use the eticket number or the Turkish record locator on the Turkish website,





In general, if you can’t find the information you need, the issuing airline should be able to provide it. Easiest is often via Twitter DM.
