My recollection (that I didn't want to spend time verifying) was that it was beef but was distinguishing from plant-based given that the FAs are not always the most reliable in describing the meals. Saw the Thai meatballs also listed in a pre-order option and therefore knew they were distinct from the Impossible Meatballs from the fall.
